The neighborhood
Most North Miami Beach homes are CBS construction – concrete block and stucco – which is a gift. The structure is sound; the opportunity is inside. Walls come down, kitchens open up, and impact windows go in without fighting a fragile frame.
On the canals in Eastern Shores, we work around waterfront setbacks and salt exposure. In Sky Lake and Highland Village, it’s mostly interior modernization – kitchens, baths, and flooring – that lifts both livability and resale.
