Before construction begins, we prepare the job site to protect your home. Floors are covered with heavy-duty X-Board, furniture and surrounding areas are protected with industrial plastic, and work zones are isolated when necessary.
Existing materials, fixtures, and surfaces are carefully removed to prepare the space for new construction – performed in a controlled, organized manner while protecting surrounding areas and keeping a clean work environment.
Structural modifications and framing work support the new layout and design. Walls, openings, and structural elements are adjusted as needed to ensure stability and proper alignment for the phases ahead.
Essential systems – plumbing, electrical, and mechanical – are installed within walls and floors according to the approved plans, then completed and inspected before surfaces are closed and finish work begins.
Walls, floors, and structural surfaces are prepared to receive finishes such as tile, cabinetry, backsplash, and paint – ensuring proper alignment, leveling, and readiness for the final design elements.
Final materials and fixtures are installed – appliances, lighting, faucets, vanities, mirrors, accessories, and more – completing the space and bringing the design fully to life.
Our team completes final adjustments, touch-ups, and minor corrections, reviewing finishes, alignments, and installed elements so every detail meets our quality standards.
The space is professionally cleaned and prepared for presentation. We conduct a final walkthrough with you to review the work, ensure everything meets expectations, and officially deliver the completed project.
